Elegant Blue Wedding/Anniversary card

Hello again and welcome!  Today I am sharing a card that I created by CASEing a card from Stamping Scott on YouTube.  I altered it slightly using a different stamp set for the blue images, but otherwise it is pretty similar.  It is a really elegant-looking card that can be used for either a wedding or an anniversary.  I hope you like it:  Here's the scoop on how I created it:

List of Ingredients:
Stamps:  Very Versailles, Falling Flowers, Happy Birthday to You
Ink:  Balmy Blue, Versamark
Cardstock:  Balmy Blue, Whisper White, Vellum
Accessories:  Layering Ovals dies, Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon, Pearl Basic Jewels, Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Tombow liquid adhesive, Stampin' Dimensionals, Mini Glue Dots, Whisper White envelope

Dimensions:
Card base:  11" x 4 1/4 ", scored at 5 1/2" – Thick Whisper White
First layer:  5 1/4" x 4" – Whisper White
Second layer:  5 1/4" x 4" - Vellum
Scrap:  Balmy Blue and Whisper White for sentiment
Inside of Card:  5 1/4" x 4" – Whisper White

Basic Instructions:
1.  Cut and fold card base.
2.  For inside of card, use the embossing buddy and then stamp the flourish image from Falling Flowers stamp set in Balmy Blue ink on the bottom of the Whisper White cardstock.  Quickly apply clear embossing powder before the ink dries.  Heat with the heat tool to melt the embossing powder.
3.  For the first layer of Whisper White cardstock:  Stamp the medallion image from the Very Versailles stamp set at the top, left center and bottom right of the vellum layer in Balmy Blue ink.  Set aside.
4.  On the Vellum layer:  Use the embossing buddy and then stamp the flourish image from the Falling Flowers stamp set on the top center, left lower and right lower corners of the vellum, going off the page slightly each time.  Apply clear embossing powder and heat with heat tool.
5.  On the scrap of Whisper White cardstock, stamp the "Celebrate" sentiment from the Happy Birthday to You stamp set and cut out with the oval die that is just the right size.  Cut out of Balmy Blue cardstock the scalloped oval die that is just slightly larger.  Adhere them together using Tombow Liquid Adhesive.
6.  Cut a length of the polka dot Tulle ribbon that is just long enough to go around the top layers and tie in a knot.  Layer the vellum on top of the stamped Whisper White layer and wrap the ribbon around the center snugly but not too tightly so as to bend the cardstock, then tie in a knot to the left of the card.  Trim ends as desired.
7.  Adhere the sentiment with Stampin Dimensionals to the right of the knot directly over the ribbon.  You can now use some Mini Glue Dots and tuck them under the ribbon knot and under the sentiment to help adhere the vellum to the card base if desired.  The rest of the vellum will be loose and not adhered otherwise.
8.  Place 3 of the Pearl Basic Jewels under the sentiment.
9.  On the envelope, use the embossing buddy and then, using Balmy Blue ink, stamp the flourish image from the Falling Flowers stamp set on the envelope flap and quickly apply clear embossing powder.  Heat with heat tool.
