Ladybugs are Here!

Is there anything cuter than a Ladybug?  I think not.....  Here are a couple of cards I made using the new Little Ladybugs host stamp set that is available now and the Ladybugs dies that will be available on February 4.  I was super happy they came out with dies for this set as I am not much into fussy cutting out images.  Here are the instructions for making this card and if you click on the image below it will take you directly to my shopping page which will list all the items needed to recreate this card.

List of Ingredients:
Stamps:  Little Ladybug (available as a hostess item for an order of $300), Peaceful Moments
Ink:  Real Red, Memento Tuxedo Black, Versamark
Cardstock:  Whisper White Thick, Basic Black, Whisper White
Dies:  Ladybugs (available on February 4th), Stitched So Sweetly
Accessories:  Heat Tool, Black Embossing Powder, Real Red Stampin Blends combo, Petal Pink Light Stampin Blends, Flirty Flamingo Light Stampin Blends, Granny Apple Green Stampin Blends combo, Real Red Stampin Write Marker, Tombow liquid adhesive, Stampin' Dimensionals, Whisper White envelope

Dimensions:
Card base:  8 1/2" x 5 1/2 ", scored at 4 1/2" – Whisper White thick
First layer:  5 1/4" x 4" – Basic Black
Second layer:  5" x 3 3/4"
Scrap:  Whisper White for sentiment and for stamping and die cutting the ladybugs as well as the large flower image.

Basic Instructions:
1.  Cut and fold card base.
2.  Stamp small row of ladybugs at the bottom center of inside of card base and color in with Real Red Stampin Write markers.
3.  Stamp Whisper White layer with Buffalo Check stamp set inked with Real Red ink.  Adhere to Basic Black layer.  Adhere to card front.
4.  On scrap of Whisper White, stamp 2 ladybugs and 1 large flower, color as desired with Stampin Blends and cut out using coordinating Ladybugs dies.  I colored the wings with Read Red blends combo, the face with Light Petal Pink, and Light Flirty Flamingo for the cheeks.   Stamp sentiment on scrap of Whisper White and cut out using appropriately sized Stitched So Sweetly die.
5.  Adhere all die cut images to the front of card as desired.  I adhered the sentiment to the upper left corner and the flower and ladybugs on the lower right corner.
6.  Stamp row of ladybugs onto flap of envelope and color with Real Red Stampin Write marker.

 Little Ladybug Thank You Card

Not a crafter or not interested in making cards?  No problem.  These cards are available for purchase for $4.00 each.  If you are interested in purchasing these or any other cards that I have made, please email me and I will let you know what I have available.  Do you need some special cards?  Let me know and I'll see what I can come up with.

Here is another example of a card I made recently....

This is a slider Valentine's Day card and the chicken also spins around.  It is super cute in person.  Here is the video of the card in action.

If you need a special Valentine for a grandchild, niece, nephew or special friend, this is a really cute one and not something you will find in any store.  Let me know if you'd like one of these adorable cards, also $4.00 each.  I accept cash and check only, no debit cards or PayPal at this time.

I hope you liked my projects.  Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Chris
